Where do you ship from?

We ship nationwide from the Philippines. Most parcels leave us within one to two business days of payment clearing.

How do I pay?

At checkout, pick an e-wallet or bank transfer, send the payment, then upload the receipt screenshot. We confirm the order once the receipt clears.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. Little Dean is online for now. Every order is picked, packed, and shipped from our small base.

What sizes do you carry?

Each piece has its own size range on the product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us before ordering and we'll help.

Are these products legitimate?

Yes. Little Dean is a curated reseller. Every piece comes from a brand we'd happily put our own little ones in. We don't carry imitations.

Can I order via Shopee or Instagram?

You can, but Shopee runs a bit pricier because of platform fees and taxes. Ordering through the website is the cheapest way to buy from us. You're still welcome to message us on Instagram or Messenger if you'd rather order that way.

Can I return something?

We don't accept general returns or exchanges, but we always replace items that arrive damaged or wrong, as long as the issue is captured on an unboxing video. Full policy on the Returns page.

How quickly do you reply to messages?

Usually within a few hours during the day, slower on weekends. If it's urgent, mention that in the message.
