How we send things

We ship nationwide from the Philippines. Most orders leave us within one to two business days of payment clearing.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the Philippines. If you’re abroad and would like us to send to a forwarder address in Manila, that’s fine. Message us first so we can confirm.

Timing

Orders are confirmed once your payment screenshot clears. From there, we usually drop the parcel with the courier within one to two business days. Metro Manila typically arrives in one to three days after dispatch; provincial addresses depend on the courier’s route, usually three to seven days.

Couriers

We book through Shopee Express (SPX) or Lalamove, picking whichever fits your address best.

Shipping fee

The item price is paid upfront at checkout, but the shipping fee is collected by the courier on delivery (COD). The rate varies based on your location and the chosen courier, so there’s no need to wait on us for a quote before placing your order.

Orders of ₱3,000 or more ship free. We’ll cover the courier fee on your behalf when your order hits the threshold, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking

Once your parcel ships, we’ll send the tracking number through the channel you ordered from. Website orders get an email if you provided one at checkout, otherwise a text to the mobile number on file. Messenger and Instagram orders are replied to in the same thread.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once a parcel is with the courier, the courier’s schedule is largely out of our hands, but we’re happy to help you chase a status update. Reach us through Messenger or email and we’ll do what we can.
