If something arrives damaged

We don't accept general returns or exchanges, but we always replace items that arrive damaged or wrong, as long as the issue is captured on an unboxing video. Here's the short version.

Our policy in one line

All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged or differ from what you ordered. We’ll replace those at no extra cost, as long as you have an unboxing video that shows the damage as the parcel is opened.

Please film your unboxing

We can only approve a replacement if the damage is visible in a continuous video taken while the parcel is opened. Start filming before you break the seal, keep the camera on the parcel until each item is unwrapped, and make sure the issue is clearly in frame. Without an unboxing video we can’t confirm the item arrived that way, and the replacement won’t go through.

What counts as damaged

Manufacturing defects, fabric tears not caused by use, broken seams out of the box, missing components, or a mismatch between what we shipped and what you ordered. Wear-and-tear from use isn’t covered.

How to flag it

Message us within seven days of receiving the parcel through Messenger, Instagram DM, or email. Include:

  • Your unboxing video showing the damage as the parcel is opened
  • Your order number (we’ll find it if you have your receipt screenshot)
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A photo of the parcel and packing if the damage looks like courier handling

We’ll confirm next steps within one to two business days.

Replacements

We’ll send a replacement of the same item where stock allows. If the piece is sold out, we’ll offer either a similar item or store credit equal to the item’s price.

Wrong size

We can’t exchange for fit alone. Sizes are listed on every product page so you can check before ordering. If you’re between sizes and want a recommendation, message us before placing the order and we’ll help.

Cancellations

We can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once the parcel is with the courier, the cancellation window closes.
